You can now view a complete history of actions taken on any project in the Analyzer page of Compliance AI. This feature provides transparency into who made changes, when they were made, and what exactly was done, supporting internal reviews, external audits, and complaint investigations.
Where to Find Project Activity Logs
Click the new ‘Activity’ icon at the top of the Analyzer (to the left of ‘Download’ and ‘Share’) to open a read-only modal showing the project’s activity timeline. Actions are listed from most recent to oldest.
For each entry, the log displays:
The user’s name
The timestamp (e.g., Mar 21, 2025 at 1:33 pm)
A clear description of the action
Types of actions shown include:
Project created
Content updated (showing specific phrase changes)
Project shared (with list of recipients and their roles)
Project status changes
Analysis runs (with compliance risk and observation summaries)
Observation resolutions (with rationale for the status change)
This log ensures greater visibility into project decisions and helps teams uphold a traceable, auditable compliance process. See below for an example.
