You can configure your Compliance AI email notifications so you can get real-time updates on projects you’re analyzing with your colleagues. Click ‘My Preferences’ in the upper right-hand corner to access these notification settings.
The Compliance AI notifications tab includes:
A master toggle to turn all email notifications on/off, based on your preference
Toggles for comment notifications (e.g., new comments, mentions, thread resolution) — most users find it very helpful to receive comment notifications, so they can status if they have any actions
Toggles for project notifications (e.g., submission, status changes, analysis runs, shares)
The ability to receive notifications for specific accounts.
We’ve set up the below defaults for these notifications based on our observations of user preferences over time, but you can edit them anytime in your account. Simply toggle any field on/off if you’d like to reduce the noise.
