Have you ever wondered how a revision you’re making to be compliant impacts the performance of your message? Persado Analyze now provides clearer insights into compliance vs. performance tradeoffs to help you choose the best revisions with greater confidence.
Updated System Observation Categories
System observations, previously focused only on compliance, will now be distinctly categorized and appear in the following order alongside your creative:
Compliance + Performance Observations: When the observation is compliance-related and at least one suggested alternative improves performance.
Performance Observations: When no compliance risks are detected but Persado’s AI has suggested alternatives to improve performance.
Manual Observations remain unchanged and are not tagged.
Within each group, observations are ordered by their initial severity, the same way you’re used to Compliance Observations being listed from priority to secondary risks.
Incorporating Performance Observations into your Workflow
Performance Observations work a little bit differently than Compliance Observations in that they do not use severity levels (like ‘priority’ or ‘secondary’). Instead, every alternative displays:
The revised content
The new overall performance score (learn more here)
A score delta (shown only when there is a change. The score is green when improved, and black when unchanged or lower.
Each alternative also comes with a short description of what it accomplishes.
To swap in an alternative, click on the check mark as usual. Scores are recalculated automatically as alternatives are applied; reanalyzing is not required for score recalibration. Then, if you’re all set, resolve as usual.
Performance-Only Observations
Performance-Only Observations are shown with a blue outline and turn green when resolved. They will be clearly marked to indicate that while there are no compliance risks detected, our AI does see an opportunity for general improvements to the copy—like in the “Apply Now” CTA below.
Incorporating updates for Performance Observations is even simpler: just click the blue check to update the copy, and the language and overall performance score will automatically update.
Note: Incorporating alternatives based on performance recommendations is not mandatory—it’s totally up to your team how to resolve each System Observation! Open Performance Observations will not prevent you proceeding with formal approvals to your creative.
