To ensure that our content and design aligns with your brand expression, we’ll ask you to provide the following visual assets and design elements. These will only need to be shared with Persado once unless your brand look and feel changes.
🛠️ Required Inputs
Logo files (SVG/AI/PNG)
Brand color palette
Typography rules (primary fonts and fallback alternatives)
Iconography sets/image pools and imagery style guidelines
UI kits and components (buttons, badges, inputs) (for digital channels)
Layout grid rules (if available)
Motion guidelines for animated channels
Notable constraints; for example:
Technical constraints (ESP blocks, Salesforce MC, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Platform constraints (Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TheTradeDesk, etc.).
Accessibility constraints (contrast, legibility).
Nice-to-Have Inputs
These help us understand what’s worked for you before and what “good” looks like internally, but they aren’t a requirement for the Persado team to get started on content and design.
Content Samples and Guardrails
Past campaign content that you believe accurately represents your brand’s style and voice — This could include headline variants, CTA options, offer variations, mailers, legal copy samples, etc.
Content preferences — Any brand voice documentation or formatting rules your team already refers to for writing best practices.
Content red flags — Any marketing or legal words and/or phrases that are not allowed in your marketing communications. Restrictions are super helpful!
Performance learnings — What worked/what didn’t in past sends; key insights you’d like us to be aware of.
Design References and Guardrails
Previous templates or mockups/designs of sends — Any relevant working files if available in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, etc. for the channel you are hoping to deploy in
Typical copy blocks and/or modules you’d like to see often — e.g., hero, grids, list blocks, testimonials.
Variants and Personalization
These define how the experience should change across audiences, regions, or tests. If you’re interested in personalization, it’s helpful to provide:
A/B test variants
Audience-based content changes
Localization requirements
Device-specific adaptations.
📅 Per Individual Campaign
Persado will use this information to configure your brand setup behind the scenes before we move on to generating content for specific campaigns.
