Product Update: Disclosure Libraries

Ensure the appropriate disclosures are applied to any asset you analyze.

To streamline the process of managing disclosures, we’re releasing Disclosure Libraries! This update ensures that critical brand requirements are consistently applied during risk assessment, and centralizes your disclosures in Persado Portal.

With Disclosure Libraries, you can:

  • Ensure all of the appropriate disclosures are applied to any asset you analyze

  • Ensure the latest and most up-to-date disclosures are used

  • Upload custom disclosures per project as needed.

How to Set Up a Disclosure Library

To build your Disclosure Library, please reach out to your Persado representative with the following information per disclosure:

  • The short name you’d like to label the disclosure as

  • The disclosure text.

We’ll process these behind the scenes and stage them in your instance of Persado Portal so you can apply them in the future.

If you ever need to revise or remove a disclosure, reach out to your Persado representative and we will make these changes for you in the back end!

How to Use your Disclosure Library

  1. Begin your analysis as usual by uploading your creative and providing basic details.

  2. When prompted if there are any additional disclosures you’d like to provide, click ‘Yes’ to access your Disclosure Library.

  3. Persado’s AI will recommend the appropriate disclosures with Intelligent AI Suggestions that you can instantly approve or dismiss. This assistant intelligently reruns if the creative is replaced or if primary project attributes (like product type or channel) are modified.

  4. You can also keyword search or scroll through all disclosures. Check off any you’d like the AI to analyze by clicking the box next to its name.

    1. If you need a refresher on the disclosure text, click the eye icon to view it.

  5. If you’d like to add new disclosure for the specific project you’re analyzing, click ‘Upload New’ and drag and drop the disclosure. Custom disclosures are treated as part of the creative content during the analysis phase.

  6. During your analysis, you can reference the disclosures used any time by clicking ‘All resources’ and reviewing the ‘Disclosures’ section. The list updates dynamically as users select or deselect disclosure solutions within the observations panel.

    1. Disclosures are organized into three clear subsections:

      1. Uploaded Files: Custom files provided via the request form.

      2. Selected Disclosures: Account-specific disclosures chosen from the pre-uploaded and already approved list.

      3. Applied Disclosures: Specific disclosure text boxes marked as "I will add this" directly from analysis observations.

  7. You will also have the option here to download all disclosures for reference. The zip includes a generated .txt or .csv file containing the titles and full text of all selected and applied disclosures.
