Previously, there was no structured way to identify campaigns that belonged to the same series. A Series field is now available throughout the campaign lifecycle, from the campaign request form to the dashboard to the details page.
This means you can now:
See the full campaign series at a glance — Campaigns are grouped visually so you can see what's active, approved, or pending without hunting.
Comment across all related campaigns — Apply feedback to one or all campaigns in the series. Your choice, every time.
Download one ZIP for the entire series — Export all Variant files in a single click. No more downloading one by one.

Using the Series Feature
When submitting the campaign request form, fill in the ‘Series’ field as desired. You can either select an existing Series from the dropdown menu, or type one in directly. Adding this information will associate the campaign with the Series throughout Portal, so this is the one key step you need to take!
If you ever need to update the Series, click on the campaign name → navigate to ‘Details’ → and update the field as desired. |
Navigational Improvements
Once you’ve designated the Series, there are multiple organizational improvements throughout Portal at your fingertips.
On the home page, the ‘Series’ column groups related campaigns together, making it easy to identify campaigns that belong to the same series.
You can also use the ‘Group By’ feature to easily identify campaigns that belong to the same series.
On any campaign page that belongs to the series, you’ll also see a new toggle in the upper lefthand corner that lists all campaigns in the series. This means you can easily switch between related campaigns without having to visit the homepage.
Applying Comments to Campaigns in a Series
Comments can now be applied to multiple campaigns within the same series in a single action as opposed to manually entering the same feedback multiple times. This is especially helpful for feedback that applies to an entire campaign series, such as tone, messaging, or brand direction.
Open the ‘Remarks’ panel and compose your comment.
Enable the "Apply across series" toggle (this is off by default). The current campaign is pre-selected and cannot be deselected. Choose any additional campaigns in the series to receive the comment.
Click ‘Submit’ when ready. The comment is applied to each selected campaign simultaneously and marked with a "Series" label so you can see which campaigns received it.
Bulk Download Campaigns in a Series
Variant exports for an entire series can now be downloaded in a single action. The system generates one ZIP file containing a separate Excel export for each selected campaign. This means no more downloading files one campaign at a time, or manually consolidating them!
From the Variants page, click the download icon and select "Download all experiments as ZIP."
Select which campaigns to include. You can optionally enable “Include Pending Approval only” to filter to campaigns awaiting approval.
A loading indicator appears while the ZIP is generated. Once complete, the ZIP file downloads automatically and contains one Excel file per campaign.
