The Persado MCP connects Copilot or Copilot Cowork to Persado’s machine learning models, trained on real campaign results, so users can score and improve content where they’re already working.
To enable Copilot users in your organization to add the Persado MCP, admins must first complete the below installation steps.
Key Prerequisites: The administrator completing the installation only needs to be licensed, whether per Business Basic/Standard/Premium, Microsoft 365 E3/E5 or Teams Essentials. For users to add and use the Persado agent, a Microsoft 365 Copilot Business license is required. |
Installation Steps
Log into the Microsoft Teams admin center. Select ‘Teams apps’ in the left navigation menu to expand the section.
Under the expanded menu, select ‘Managed apps.’ This opens the page where you control your organization’s applications.
On the ‘Manage apps’ menu, click ‘Actions’ in the top right, then select “Upload new app” from the dropdown.
In the “Upload custom app” dialog, click ‘Upload’ and select the Persado packaged app (.zip file). Please wait a few minutes for the upload to complete.
Once the upload completes, a “New app added” confirmation message appears. Click this link in the dialog to go to the Persado app management page.
On the Persado app management page, select the ‘Users and groups’ tab. In the dropdown, choose “Availability” (to control who can install the app) or “Installs” (to install the app for users directly). The change will apply org wide. To customize, click ‘Edit availability.’
⭐ We highly recommend the Installs option for a more seamless user experience.
If app availability and installs are managed via specific users/groups, in the “Edit Availability” panel, open the ‘Available’ dropdown and choose one of the following:
⭐ Everyone (all users, including guests and external users). We highly recommend installing the Persado app for all users to support maximum collaboration.
Specific users or groups (only selected users/groups)
Make the selection and click ‘Apply’ to save.
