The Persado MCP connects Copilot or Copilot Cowork to Persado’s machine learning models, trained on real campaign results. Share any marketing copy in plain conversation to do 2 things:

Key Prerequisite: In order to follow the steps below, your admin will first need to complete an installation. See instructions here. If your admin has already installed the app for you, all you need to do is pin the Persado agent!
For users to add and use the Persado agent, a Copilot Business license and Office 365 is required. |
Installation Steps
In Microsoft 365 Copilot:
Ensure you are signed in with an Microsoft 365 Copilot (premium) account, shown in the bottom lower-left corner.
Select ‘More Agents’ in the left navigation pane to open the Agent Store.
Type “Persado” in the search bar and select ‘Persado’ from the results.
In the Persado agent details dialog, click ‘Add.’ The agent is turned on by default once added.
Open a chat with the Persado agent and send the prompt: “List the available Persado tools”. The Persado agent will respond by asking you to authenticate. Click ‘Sign in to Persado.’ To sign in, you must have a Persado Portal account.
If you don’t have a Persado Portal account, please reach out to your Persado representative so we can provision one for you!
A separate browser will open to the Persado sign-in page (myaccount.persado.com). Enter your work email in the email field and click ‘Sign In.’
If you are not already logged in, you might be redirected to your organization's SSO sign-in page. Enter your credentials when prompted and click ‘Sign In’ to complete the authentication.
Return to the Copilot chat. After a successful login, the Persado agent will process your prompt and respond, listing the available tools (e.g., apipersado_initialize, apipersado_score_marketing_content, apipersado_optimize_marketing_content). This confirms the agent is connected and working.
