If your team prefers to work in MS Teams, you can use the Persado MCP within the MS Teams desktop application through Copilot 365. Read below for how to turn on this capability and leverage it.
How to Score and Improve Content in MS Teams through Copilot 365
Prerequisites: The user must have a Copilot Business license, Office 365, MS Teams, and the Persado Connector installed within Copilot 365. For installation instructions, reference this article.
Open a new Copilot chat window.
Click ‘+’ to explore all agents, and then select the Persado agent.
Make sure you select the Persado agent before asking any questions and ensure you mention Persado in your request.
Note: Reauthentication is required for Copilot every time Persado has a new release, so you may intermittently be asked to re-sign in with Persado Portal. |
You’ll see the following result with details from Persado on:
Performance Score: How well content is predicted to perform. The higher the score, the more likely your copy is to outperform other messages in your industry. All scoring is based on Persado’s 10 years of engagement data. To learn more about Performance Scores, click here.
Brand Fit: A 1 to 5 scale rating of how well a Variant aligns with the model’s understanding of your brand (1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest).
Compliance Risk Level: A way to assess compliance risk at a glance. Persado quantifies risk at three levels—low, medium, and high—and always includes an explanation for the risk level and how it could be reduced.
Drivers: The language tags used in the copy to show you at a more granular level what is working.
You can also start Copilot through a chat as shown below, but if you do, then make sure you select the Persado agent before asking any questions and ensure you mention Persado in your request.
You can do this by selecting ‘All agents’ and choosing Persado.
