The new Teams feature in Portal allows multiple teams to approve Variants. This way, each team can perform their own review of the Variants and confirm they are on board with the language prior to deployment.

You can easily see which teams have approved or are pending approval by clicking into the yellow info box above your Variants. This box is updated in real time as Variants are approved.

What happens if one team approves, but the other revises the Variants?

If revisions are made to the Variants after a team has already approved, the approvals will reset, and all teams will need to re-approve the content. You can get caught up on the revision history of your Variants by clicking on the expandable arrow on the righthand side of your screen.

Additional Benefits

More Granular Filtering

The "Teams" feature is available as an additional filter throughout Portal.

For instance, you might use this feature to easily identify Variants that require approval by a particular team. Click "More" on your Experiment list filters and then select "Teams." You can now view various teams you collaborate with to review and approve Variants.

Not seeing your teams listed appropriately? Reach out to your Persado admin to have them configure the necessary teams and members.

When you click the checkbox next to a team, your list narrows to the Experiments that team is involved in. You can use this filter to further filter on any other Saved Views, such as the "Pending Approval" view.

Helpful Tip

You can save your selected search filters for future use by clicking the "Save As" button. This way, you only have to select the filter set to apply the desired filters.

Save a filter like above to easily see which Variants are still pending approval by the Legal Team.

Easier @ Mentioning

The Teams feature also streamlines your commenting and collaboration. Teams contain all respective individual team members, so you don't have to @ mention all individuals one by one when collaborating and providing feedback. Simply @ the team name in the comment box instead.
