Dedicated Persado Support
As part of your agreement, your Customer Success (CS) representative will make sure you get the most out of your Persado experience.
Customer Success (CS)
Once your partnership officially kicks off, your CS representative will become your day-to-day contact. They’ll perform the following activities:
Facilitate discussions around campaign selection and insights/learnings
Provide expertise to ensure you unlock the most value from our partnership!
Additional Support Services
Beyond your dedicated account team, you’ll also have access to a variety of Persado experts. Your CS representative may loop in additional team members from time to time, depending on your needs.
Strategic Account Manager (SAM)
You’ll probably work with a SAM in pre-sales to help you understand what Persado does and discuss how we will collaborate on your business goals and objectives.
The SAM performs the following activities:
Jumpstarts your Persado journey, helping you understand our unique value proposition and how we can help you achieve your business goals and drive a healthy return on investment
Helps you uncover the right avenues to drive maximum impact
Supports commercial agreements
Introduces you to the CS team.
Solutions Consulting (SC)
SC is involved in the early stages of our relationship to make sure Persado is a good fit. SC may also be pulled in to:
Act as a technical resource throughout the partnership with regards to integrations and other systems
Help develop your roadmap to scale across new channels.
Onboarding Manager
As you join Persado, an Onboarding Manager will be assigned to assist you with your initial campaigns. This individual will work closely with CS to:
Help you execute campaigns during your onboarding period
Assist with all administrative set up
Answer any Persado 101 questions you may have and share all of our available resources.
Brand Content Strategy (BCS)
The BCS team houses our content and platform experts. If you’re leveraging managed services like Experiments and Predictive Content, BCS works to:
Use the Persado knowledgebase to curate and customize on-brand content
Provide additional campaign insights as needed.
Data Science (DS)
When needed, Data Science may be pulled in to:
Help interpret results and provide recommendations on test designs, especially for non-standard campaigns
Answer data/statistics-related questions regarding your campaigns.
Campaign Delivery Management (CDM)
After your onboarding, the CDM team will help process campaign requests. Behind the scenes, they’ll assist with coordinating all internal resources to ensure on-time and on-budget campaign delivery.
Service Delivery Engineering (SDE)
Depending on your Persado agreement, you may work with a Persado SDE. The SDE team consists of technical experts proficient in coding, web design, automation, digital marketing, and analytics, using tools like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, graphic design software, and various platforms. The SDE team:
Creates and optimizes campaign assets
Provides technical guidance
Performs automations
Stays up to date with the latest trends in web and digital marketing.
