We have 2 new Portal features to share with you this month, and a few updates! Let's dive in.
New Features
Duplicate Experiments
You can now duplicate Experiments! To the left of an Experiment, you'll see 3 dots that will allow you to duplicate a request. This feature is ideal if you have to request multiple campaigns with similar information, so all you need to do is make minor tweaks.
When you click "Duplicate," you'll be redirected to a page where an Experiment request form appears and is pre-populated with values from the existing source Experiment. The fields that are not pre-populated are the following (as these will change per Experiment):
Control/Control Assets
Deploy Date and Time.
Embedded Performance Reporting Dashboards
The custom reports your Persado Customer Success Manager (CSM) presents at QBRs can now be shown in Portal! These dashboards may show information such as:
Incremental revenue
Return on ad sales
Click and order lift
Results by brand, channel, and campaign type
Year over year performance comparisons
Anything else you may have requested to see in QBRs!
If you’d like this feature to be enabled, please reach out to your CSM so they can turn this on. This is a great way to centralize reporting information to share with your team and your ELT.
Once enabled, you’ll find these reports by:
Under the “Reporting” tab, you will now see an additional option for “Advanced Reporting.” Click here to find any embedded reporting that’s been set up for you.
The reports that display will be custom to your account, so they may have unique naming conventions. The example dashboard below gives you an example of the look and feel. You can reference these dashboards any time in Portal.
Portal Updates
Simplified Group Deployment Status
The status column previously called “Ready for Deployment” has been updated to “In Deployment.” This column now aggregates Variants in the 3 following stages for easier navigation:
Ready for Deployment: Variants are approved and ready to be deployed (using Persado’s API, integrations, or manually).
Deployed: Variants have been deployed using Persado’s API.
Request Results: There is a report request through Persado's API.
You can drill down even further by editing the checked off stages in the dropdown menu.
Custom Columns with Attachments
When a custom column that holds attachment files has been added to your account, you can now see it in your list of available columns (by clicking the gear icon) and can add the column to your Experiment list table. You can also see any respective value in that column.
