We’re excited to roll out a new feature that allows you to revoke approvals for Variants.
New: Revoke Approvals for Variants
Have you ever wanted to make revisions to already approved Variants before deployment? This is now possible through the Revoke Approval feature, which allows you to “undo” approvals.
You can use this feature by following these steps:
Once a campaign’s Variants have been approved, a new ‘Revoke Approval’ button will appear on the Variants page in Portal. If you need to make further changes to the Variants, click ‘Revoke Approval.’
Please note that the ‘Revoke Approval’ option will not be available if a campaign has already been deployed or already has results coming in.
A window will pop up confirming that you’d like to revoke approval. Click ‘Revoke’ to proceed. This will undo the approval and make the Variants editable again, and a new round of approvals will be needed.
The Variants page will reload so you can leave comments and make edits as usual, and their status will move back to ‘Pending Approval.’ The ‘Remarks’ pane on the right will list when the approval was revoked and by whom for future reference.
Please note that only Portal admin users (and Persado) can revoke approvals.
