Persado Portal is your one-stop shop for making the most of your partnership with Persado. Through Portal, you can request content, review and approve Variants, and view results and insights gained from your campaigns.

Request Content

When you log into Portal, you can click ‘New Content’ any time you want to start a new campaign. From here, you’ll be prompted to choose which kind of content you’d like to create. These options will be customized to your Persado agreement.

Click ‘Next’ once you’ve selected the type of content you need, and then follow the form prompts to proceed.

Main Portal Navigation

Portal is divided into three main sections for easy navigation: Content, Content Insights, and Reporting.

Content

When you first log in to Portal, your Content page displays automatically. Here, you can see all content you’ve created along with what stage of the process it’s in (Pending Approval, Ready for Deployment, Reports Available, etc.). Click on any campaign to access more detailed information.

If you’re using many different applications of Persado, your content will be sorted on the left-hand menu for ease of reference. For example, this Content instance shows how an account using Experiments and self-service content would be organized.

You can use search filters such as stage, channel, campaign tags, etc. to easily locate your campaign of interest. Any combination of search filters can be saved for easy future use by clicking the ‘Save As’ button.

In addition, you can select the ‘Group By’ dropdown to choose how your campaigns are organized and quickly find the type of campaign(s) you’re looking for.

Content Insights

The Content Insights tab is split into the Account Insights page and Industry Insights page. These allow you to view which language elements resonate most with your audience and see how that stacks up across aggregated data across your industry. This is where you’ll see detailed insights on the top-performing tags, trending language, and phrases resonating with your specific audience. You can compare this data side-by-side with compiled insights across your industry.

Reporting

The Reporting tab is split into the Performance page and Consumption page. These pages allow you to see aggregate campaign performance as well as campaign consumption (e.g., how many Experiments you have consumed). You can filter results by specifying campaign type, KPI, and time period, etc., to directly see how Persado is affecting your bottom line.

Insights and reports appear slightly differently depending on which Persado application you are using. Take a deep dive into the following articles for more information:
