What We Do
Persado is a Motivation AI platform - meaning, we use our vast knowledgebase to determine what personalized language will motivate an individual to act. Our knowledgebase leverages over 1.5 billion customer interactions from 150 million U.S. customers so we can produce variations on your copy, or Variants, that are proven to perform. Persado can generate Variants for all kinds of campaigns in your marketing queue, like a cart abandonment campaign via email, a seasonal promotion on your webpage, or many other ‘hot items’ you have in mind!
Your control copy might look something like this.
Persado delivers adjusted Variants that take into account message intent, emotional context, and what’s worked in past interactions so you can generate higher performance lift.
How We Integrate into Your Workflow
All activities with Persado are centralized in Persado Portal. Here, depending on your agreement, you’ll either:
Generate content yourself via our self-service capabilities, or
Request that Persado generates content for you. (Don’t worry - you’ll review and approve anything we create for you.)
When you’re ready to deploy, we can follow your business as usual process and/or configure scripts/integrations as needed to ensure the Variants are served accordingly. Persado will then monitor results on an ongoing basis and publish them back to Portal for your review.
What We Need for Your First Campaign
You’ll want to have the following basic information ready to submit a campaign request in Portal:
The campaign you’d like to produce Variants for.
The channel the campaign will deploy in (email, web, etc.).
The control message (if applicable).
Other helpful details to have ready are:
The audience size.
Any existing engagement data/conversion data.
The desired campaign launch date.

Your Onboarding Manager will be your guide to help you through the entire campaign journey.
Solutions Consulting will assist with technology to implement Persado into your campaign workflow.
Customer Success will be your primary day-to-day contact for campaign strategy, platform/testing support, and overall partnership.
